InterTalk’s trademark “exact-fit” features and functionality are built to suit our customer’s specific needs. To do this, InterTalk is pleased to announce that Dan Zimmerman has accepted the role of Technical Support Manager (“TSM”) to lead this effort, helping reorganize the supply and structure of the vital support services our customers need.

Dan has been a key member of the InterTalk team for over 13 years, starting as a Hardware Development Engineer, and moving into a Systems Engineer role for the past seven years. Dan understands our dispatch consoles – from system and network architecture, to electronics and software design, through to a vast array of business use cases – Dan carries all of this expertise with him into his new role.

As the new TSM, Dan is uniquely qualified to ensure that our responsiveness and ability to address technical issues in a timely manner remains high. Further, Dan will grow the dedicated support team by identifying improvements to our delivery processes to help make the customer experience better and ensure a more seamless integration with the company’s dispatch console development resources.
