Vantage is an IP-based dispatch console that interfaces with all types of legacy analog radio, digital P25 radio, telephone network, intercom, and data applications, providing an integrated, seamless dispatch console experience for the end-user. Because the Vantage Dispatch Console System is manufactured with COTS equipment, there is no need to worry about replacing proprietary technology down the road.
Vantage’s superior architecture and resource management capabilities are industry-leading. Vantage utilizes a scalable core that can support any number of endpoints and dispatch console positions, allowing the Vantage to interface with any 3rd party systems. Simply add Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) or Geographical Information Systems (GIS) to InterTalk for a unified system at your fingertips. Because the Vantage Dispatch Console System provides a fully scalable architecture, the number of dispatch console positions can grow along with your agency.
The Vantage Dispatch Console System is typically equipped with at least two ILS servers to ensure hot standby redundancy. ILS servers load share across your network and provide complete redundancy should an ILS fail, ensuring there is never a gap in your critical communications network if the unforeseen occurs.
